About the Founder

Jinglan Wang

A lawyer registered with the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM), specialising in Spanish immigration law, Spanish nationality law and international mobility.

W.LAN ABOGADOS is a Spanish law firm founded in September 2025 to provide accessible, personalised legal advice tailored to international clients, particularly members of the Chinese and Latin American communities in Spain. My goal is to support each client with legal rigour, transparency and a personal approach throughout the entire process.

I provide legal advice in Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English, helping clients and institutions communicate clearly and offering effective legal solutions in a multicultural environment.

Team Member

Lucas Zhang

Lucas Zhang holds a Master’s degree in Business Finance from the Complutense University of Madrid and has specialist knowledge of corporate finance, financial management, funding and investment.

Having lived and studied in Spain for many years, he is familiar with the local environment and administrative procedures. His experience in hospitality, local accompaniment and a broad range of practical matters in Spain has given him strong communication, coordination and practical problem-solving skills.

He provides support with student life, travel accompaniment and local arrangements in Spain.

Professional Positions

In addition to leading W.LAN ABOGADOS, I collaborate with various law firms and actively participate in several professional associations registered in Spain, currently holding the following positions:

Director of the China Desk at Sanchidrián Abogados.
Director of the Youth Section of the Chinese Law Association in Spain (ACD Spain).
Partner and Head of the Legal Department at the Sino-Spanish Young Entrepreneurs Association (AJECHE).

These collaborations allow me to maintain a comprehensive understanding of immigration law, strengthen a broad professional network and offer clients up-to-date, specialised legal services of the highest quality.
